Statement Watches Zero Aftersales

*1/5 Stars - Appalling Customer Service!*

I'm writing this review as a last resort after being completely ignored by the company despite multiple emails and calls. My watch (Order #48786), still under warranty, developed a defect with the glass falling out and cracking. Simple enough issue, right? Wrong!

My initial email was met with deafening silence. No response, no acknowledgement, nothing. I followed up with multiple calls, which went straight to voicemail. It's clear that this company doesn't value their customers or stand behind their products.

The lack of communication and disregard for my issue is shocking. If you're considering purchasing from this company, think twice! Their warranty is essentially worthless, and you'll be left high and dry like me.

*Update:* Still waiting for a response... crickets.
