Enough is Enough – Immediate Action Required for Unit 27

This is Mary-Anne from Corona Complex, renting under the owner Michael (Unit 45).

I have emailed Status Mark countless times about Unit 27, and yet nothing has been done. Are you afraid of them? Because at this point, that’s the only explanation for why absolutely zero action has been taken.

Let me spell this out again: 1. The dog is still getting out. This week, I had to physically fight it off when it jumped on me trying to ***** my food. It was loose—again. My emails are proof that I have been warning you over and over. 2. The boy screams outside every morning between 6:00 and 6:30 AM, loud enough to wake me up. This is unacceptable. If this continues tomorrow, I will personally confront his mother or their helper because, clearly, no one else is doing anything about it.

Since Status Mark refuses to enforce complex rules and allows Unit 27 to do whatever the hell they want, I will be taking action myself. • The SPCA is being called today. • If this noise issue continues, I will be reporting Status Mark to the Property Housing Association for neglect and **************.

I am done with this nonsense. If you won’t handle this, I will.
