Stax Dunkeld store - Selling damaged goods

Stax in Dunkeld sold us a cracked TV screen and not willing to listen, as they told us to write an email to they complaints department which they refusing to check their mails and respond to the query in writing.

I alert the public that this store operations in Dunkeld and Woodlands should be closed down and you should not support such stores as they sell you damaged goods
