Stax Dunkeld store - Selling damaged goods Stax in Dunkeld sold us a cracked TV screen and not willing to listen, as they told us to write an email to they complaints department which they refusing to check their mails and respond to the query in writing. I alert the public that this store operations in Dunkeld and Woodlands should be closed down and you should not support such stores as they sell you damaged goods Armandt the store Manager at Woodlands store stated that you should take the queries up at another store and we could go ahead and report them to the customer consumer act with no care or respect to his clients that keep their business alive through supporting them.

Dialdirect Insurance a back door operations that rip their customers and very quick to sell you a policy which is misleading. We requested for home assistance which is currently covered under our cover regarding our policy which is active and account in good standing. We have dialdirect consultants or call centre agents that are useless and don't know what they doing. This company should not be selling insurance as they are quick to take your monthly debit amount but have a billion excuses when it comes to the claims They are stealing from the people of South Africa and misleading people when they sell an insurance policy. They also fail at all levels of customer services.
Outsurance has been in branch of their terms and conditions of their agreement with a pensior, where by the claim was not covered by them due to them sending out an inexperienced plumber which they did not look out for their client benefit but their own
<p>As a customer of Vodacom for more then 5 years in totally disappointed by the way Vodacom has dealt with me in recent events.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have two pending queries till today which non of Vodacom consultants can help me resolve my issue and then they keep you on the line for more then 25minutes and also the call center lady wants to have an attitude with me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Vodacom has double debited me and have not allocated the correct balances to my other contract, I once rated Vodacom as a top service provider but now I wonder what kind of services can they provide.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I asked the call center agent of I could speak to a manager she told me there was no manager around, shows what type of customer services is being provided by such a network that thinks they the best.</p> <p> </p> <p>Disappointment is not the word as I will be putting this in next week's newspaper to show the public what type of people that Vodacom hires and cannot resolve your issues.</p>
We order a meal for about 101.70 which was delivered to us about an hour later which we had to follow up, on arrival the pop-itz were unbaked n smashed, which we paid for it in cash, they service sucks and I feel sick to even order from them again, Debonairs food level has gone down and they don't bake the food correctly which they have a no care attitude towards there customers, seriously I feel like telling this to everyone I know and not ever buy from the Debonairs group again
