STBB Helderberg level of service is atrocious

*********** staff, very unfriendly and customer service is non-excitant. I am led to believe that the paralegal that handled my property transfer will be a lawyer soon. If this is the level of service that you provide then good luck to you in the future. Maybe you should become a used car sales person.

Two (2) years after the property transfer and I am still waiting for important documents. Phoned to speak with her at 16:30 to be told she leaves at 16:00. Left a message for her to call me back the next day and sent an email requesting said document. Neither she, nor her sidekick, had the decency to return my call or respond to my email.

Appalling lack of service.
