Pathetic Service

Just came back from Steak restaurant,what a bunch of beginners.The waiter was confused with everybodys order all around all tables he served.After waiting 30 minutes for our food i asked the waiter whats going on:he replied our food is on their way.15 minutes later after the waiter keeps walking pass as,i asked another waiter for the manager,where he didnt call him but only told my waiter we want the manager,another 5 minutes past and at last our waiter was at our table:"WITHOUT OUR FOOD",I also asked him to call the manager.Another 10 minutes passed and we all just stood up and walked out:By the door i asked the reception lady for the manager.Finally i saw the manager :which was full of excuses ass wel, my wife and kid was alredy outside so as he told me our food will be ready i told him to keep their food and SHUFF it.1 hour and 15 minutes still without food:PAthetic.Many other people also asked for their bill after only having drinks and no FOOD.Steak restuarant used to be good 2 years ago:BUT NOW every time an disapointment.
