Im a so called valued prestige client,but standard bank is the most expensive bank in SA.They charge me R60 a month for getting sms on transactions,the pathetic Ucount cost you R25 a month,and you get less than that back from ucount,all their bank fees luke withdrawels etc etc is more than ANY OTHER BANK.All their branches are closing down and you have to drive at least 20km to get to a branch,and then their cues is crazy long aswell.After 30 years by them they are forcing me to move to another bank,where i can save lots of money each month!!!!
Tambotie mall is very dangerous these days,why is there no cameras and no visible security inside qnd outside by parking area aswell.There was so many incidents in the past but nothing but nothing is beingh done to make the mall safer.Mall is getting painted beautiful,why not rather also spend some money in making the mall inside and by parking more safer,it time to do that.........long time ago already PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!,i dont even want to send my wife and kids there to checkers or a ice cream,because there is no visible security guards ever,and thats very disturbing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bought 2 new Rica simcards at 2 different places,able to make calls but cant receive call,went to vodacom shop and their new simcards doing the same,after 1 hour in shop i left.Vodacom is pathetic as always,signal is terrible wherever you go,data signal amd call signal terrible,when will vodacom give us what we are paying for......
THIS IS THE 3RD TIME MY FOOD IS BEYOUND TERRIBLE HERE,LAST NIGHT WE ORDERED INSTORE AT 20:06 PM, 46 MINUTES LATER OUR FOOD WAS READY!!!!!!!!!!!,AFTER ASKING 3 TIMES FOR NO SAUCE ON ONE BURGER,I CHECKED AND THERE WAS SAUCE ON,SO I WAITED ANOTHER 5 MINUTES.I ASKED 3 DIFFEREENT LADYS TO CALL MANAGER AS THEY JUST IGNORES ME,SHE FINALLY CAME AND SAID SORRY,SHE KNOW THE KITCHEN IS VERY SLOW TONIGHT,OFFERING ME A ICE CREAM IN THIS COLD WEATHER.MY KIDS WAS ALL ALREADY ASLEEP IN THE CAR IN FRONT OF SHOP WAITING FOR THEIR FOOD,AS WE WENT HOME THE FOOD WAS COLD BECASE IT WAS ALREADY PACKED AS WE WAITED FOR SOME BURGERS THAT TOOK 45 MINUTES TO PREPAIR.THE SHOP WASNT BUSY AT ALL BUT WHE WAITED 45 MINUTES:TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. NOT ONLY WAS THE FOOD COLD,BUT AGAIN THE MEAT TASTED FUNNY/VERY DRY PREPARED.CHIPS WAS SO COLD AND TO MICROWAVE CHIPS TASTES VERY BAD.THE MANAGER DIDNT CARE TO MUCH,WALKED SLOWLY TO ME AFTER ASKING 3 TIMES TO SEE HER.I WONT SUGGEST KFC TO ANYONE,DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON TERRIBLE FOOD,AND ALSO COLD.
I HAVE BEEN A CREDITED INSTALLER FOR AROUND 25 YEARS.ITS SAD TO SAY THAT THE LAST 5 YEARS OR SO CENTURION WENT FROM THE BEST GATE MOTORS IN THE WORLD TO THE WORST & BAD BACKUP SERVICE .THE PREVIOUS EVO MOTORS TEND TO HAVE OIL LEAKS ON GEARBOX,SOMETIMES EVEN WHEN FIXED IT STARTS TO LEAK AFTER 3 MONTHS AGAIN.THEN I AS THE INSTALLER MUST LOOK THE CLIENT IN THE EYES AND REMOVE HIS MOTOR AGAIN FOR 3 DAYS : AND ALL ON MY COST!.jUST HAD A SITE WITH 2 GATE MOTORS THAT MOTOR WAS OPENING BY NO REASON,DELETED ALL REMOTES AND DEFAULTED BOTH MOTOR,VERY NEXT DAY BOTH DONE THE SAME,SO I CHANGED BOTH EVO PCB,SAME DAY SAME PROBLEM AGAIN,SO I REPLACED BOTH PCB AGAIN,AT THIS STAGE THE CLIENT WAS REALLY REALLY NOT HAPPY AND WANTED/SUGGESTED AN ET GATEMOTOR REPLACEMENT.I SENDED THE FAULTY PCB AND CLIENTS RECEIVER AND BATTERY IN FOR TESTING AS THE TECHNICAL GUYS ASKED,AND AFTER 2 WEEKS NO FEEDBACK TO ME TO WHERE THE PROBLEM ON CENTURION PCB WERE.CENTURION DID REPLACED ALL PCB NO CHARGE TO ME,WHICH WAS GREAT,BUT STILL I WAS THE GUY SPENDING TIME AND PETROL UP AND DOWN TO A CLIENT TO FIX THE PROBLEM.ALSO I WAS THE GUY TO LOOK THE CLIENT IN THE EYES AND SEE HES DISTRUST IN THE CENTURION BRAND. ANOTHER CLIENT HAD A BRAND NEW D5 SMART THAT AFTER 3 DAYS OF NEW INSTALLATION,THE MOTOR STOPPED WORKING ON NOVA REMOTES,I WENT THERE,AGAIN ON MY TIME AN MY PETROL SO SOLVE CENTURION'S PROBLEMS:AFTER DEFAULTING THE PCB PROBLEM STAYED THE SAME,SO AGAIN MY PETROL USED TO GO AND BUY A NEW PCB AND WENT BACK TO CLIENT 30KM AWAY FROM ME........THIS TREND IS RIDICULOUS!!!!.MANY OTHER INSTALLERS/COLLUEGES OF MINE IS ALSO EXPERIENCING THIS FROM CENTURION. tHE WATSUP LINE IS ALSO TABOOO,AS MANY OF THEM IS NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TREATS YOU AS A NEWBY,EVEN IF YOU ARE DOING THIS FOR 25 YEARS.ALL OF OUR INSTALLERS APPRECIATED TO CALL SOMEONE DIRECTLY AND GET THE CLIENTS PROBLEM SOLVED. THE NYLON COUPLER ON D5 SMART ALSO WORNS OUT VERY EASILLY AND CLIENTS ARE NOT HAPPY.....ALL SMART MOTORS ARE MUCH MORE COSTLY TO REPAIR THAN PREVIOUS MOTORS,AND CLIENTS COMPLAIN ALOT ABOUT IT.TIMES ARE TOUGH AND NOW CLIENTS HAVE TO PAY MORE ON REPAIRS ON SO CALLED "SMART" MOTORS.SOMETIMES WHEN CENTURION DO A SOFTWARE UPDATE,IT ALSO CREATES ISSUES AND THEN WE MUST ASSIST CLIENTS NO CHARGE AS ITS A WARRANTY ISSUE. WE ALL ARE LOYAL TO CENTURION FOR MANY MANY YEARS,AND WOULD LIKE TO KEEP ON SUPPORTING THEM,BUT WE NEED THEM TO HEAR OUR OUTCRY AND ACCEPT THAT THERES MANY ISSUES THEY HAVE TO RESOLVE TO STAY ONTOP OF THEIR GAME AND STAY THE BEST MOTOR IN THE WORLD.THE PCB HAVE MANY ISSUES NOW AND THEN ON EVO AND SMART MOTORS,DONT KNOW OF QUALITY CHECKS/BAD SUPPLIERS ON MANUFACTURING ELECTRONIC PARTS ETC ETC....BUT SOMETHING IS WRONG SOMEWHERE WHICH PLEASE NEEDS TO BE FIXED A.S.A.P. AS WE ARE TIRED OF DRIVING UP AND DOWN ON OUR COST TO REPLACE MALFUNCTIONED WARRANTY REPAIRS!.
I ordered my dads prescription meds Friday morning early via watsup and even called them to make sure they received it,and that they dont forget AGAIN to blister prepack all meds.They assured me it wil definately be delivered monday morning early.On sunday i spoke on wtsup again to make sure if order is packed and ready for delivering on monday,which they said all is OK.I watsup them monday during the mid day to ask when will it be delivered as sopposed to be already done,they promised before end of the day(already breaking their empty promises),so around 5pm i sended more than 20wtsups to try and get hold of them,no reply.From Friday i said my dad is 87 years old and hes chronic medicine will be finished monday moring.....According to Jackson at dishem he said the first problem was that the lady that handled everything is on leave now and she forgot to book the meds for delivery aswell,but even after many watsups DISCHEM is still giving empty promises,I spoke to Jackson again on monday around 10 and asked him to deliver it before 12 as my dad needs it,he said yes.At 3pm i phoned Jackson again,only to tell me the delivery guy is out with our meds only now........Pathetic as we spend more than R7000 a month by Dischem for chronics and day to day stuff.....and this is the PATHETIC SERVICE and empty promises you give us.Maybe Clicks Pharmacy will appreciate us more. Also why is there always always a long cue by over the counter meds,and only one ,maybe 2 people working at the counter,normally take 20-45 minutes to get 1 or 2 items by them, its RIDICULOUS!!!!!!
Already 2 weeks sin e claim started,claim handler never answer phone and takes 2 days to reply to emails,how long is claim going to take.
After a hour conversation with std bank to adjust my homeloan premium,they sended me a updated policy with new figures for next year to come.Now i get a email after a month again that my premuim is raised with another R250 for nothing,if i call them after 15 minutes on the line they answer ,only to take my details to phone me back later because they have high call volumes.But why is my premuim raised twice in one year??????
Wanted to buy ice cream cone for my kids,i asked to have blue syrop on ice cream and lady refused,i asked for the owner and she also said NO,refused to give my syrop on cone even if i wanted to pay for it,fortanately the syrop is for ice cream cups only......terrible terrible service,even from the owner of the shop refused badly aswell.So now i will never buy food or ice cream there again....never.Owner and workers not want to please their paying customers,even with something like syrop thats not that expensive ,and which you also wanted to pay for.TERRIBLE,YOU WONT SEE ME AGAIN STOPPING THERE,enjoy your precious syrop!!!!!!!!!
KFC KEY WEST ,KRUGERSDORP FOOD ARE THE WORST.THE FOOD ,ESPECIALLY THE MEAT PIECES ARE VERY OLD AND DRY,BUT DARE TO COMPLAIN BY MANAGER: YOU WILL GET THE BADDEST BEHAVIOUR AND NO CARE ATTITUDE FROM THEM,ALSO ONLY WANTS TO RETURN HALF OF THE TERRIBLE FOOD.IF YOU SAY YOU GOING TO REPORT THEM: THEIR ANSWER IS PLEASE GO AHEAD.I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!
