Terrible service. We are down for days at a time with no estimated time of restoration provided. They themselves do not know when their own lines are down, and when they do schedule maintenance periods, it goes well beyond their stated times.

The famous "we are waiting on upstream provider" line is getting old. Our customers are suffering and they do not seem to care.
