Incommunicado Once the Deal is Done
I ordered online a quantity of electric wire. The order was handled most efficiently and delivered a day earlier than forecast. Excellent! However it was immediately apparent that, while the product label agreed with that which was ordered, the product in the package didn't match the label - it was a higher grade of wire that costs more than twice the price I paid. Someone had mislabeled the cable and the mistake could only be expensive for a seller somewhere up the line. I immediately emailed Stemar with the suggestion that they check whether they weren't selling their stock at a loss. I also offered to return what they'd sent me, the packs being pristine and unopened. I waited in vain for any response. A few days later, thinking they might not understand what I'd previously reported, I sent the manufacturers specification for the cable sent versus the cable ordered. With documentary proof. The cable they sent contained more than twice the copper that I'd paid for. No response whatsoever. If this is how they treat a client that's trying to help them, imagine the impenetrable wall of silence if you'd ever want something FROM them. Better to play it safe and buy elsewhere.

Great Service
Really quick turnaround, even better than what Takealot can offer. I ordered a CCTV camera on Friday, it arrived today (Monday) via The Courier Guy. Really easy ordering process and extremely efficient delivery. Better service than Takealot, who delivered the wrong product. Would definitely recommend using these guys.

Great Service

Unhappy customer
I agree 100% stay away from this company they don't know how to look after their clients. To take your money that they can do very well, but ask them to come and repair or sortout a problem on their product. You will wait forever. They are dragging the AJAX product name through the mud. I will never ever use them again.I spend over 35k 0n them and that is the treatment I have received from them. Stay away people

Dishonest and Unetical Stemar Security Systems
I have only rated them 1 start because I cannot rate them zero stars. Please do yourselves a favour and stay away from this company. They are unethical and do not even know what their own terms and conditions say. In short, they did a job for the company I worked for. There was a 12 month warranty given and after 9 months their security system stopped working. I logged a call with them and a technician was sent out. The technician was there 3 times at our premises. After the technician left, we received an account. I asked them what the account was for and they said it was for the labour as labour was not included in a warranty. I then asked them them to show me where this was stated and they said in their terms and conditions. I went to our invoice and the agreement we signed with them and I proved to them that their terms and conditions only say "12 month warranty" and "6 months warranty on the 12v battery". When I called and confronted them about it they played dumb and said that "everyone knows labour is excluded in the repairs" and I said exceptions like that are to be stated clearly in their agreements. I am not sure if they have now updated this now. For the last 5 years they have gotten a company called Vericred to call and threaten me. Do NOT use these unethical clowns. There are many honest service providers out there who do a much better job and that do not need to send someone out 3 times to fix something so simple.
