More than 2 weeks still waiting on a claim

<p>On the 14th October 2016, I have submitted a claim form for a water pipe leaking in my wall. Today, more than 2 weeks later. I have not had any reponse and the damage to my building has escalated.</p> <p> </p> <p>Everyday I phone and e-mail twice, with no resolution or call backs.</p> <p> </p> <p>This service is really shocking.</p>
