VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

How many e-mails have we to submit to ask for our money (rates and taxis) back or to get a response back?

The transport attorney just say, well that is your problem to get your rates back.

Our house was already registered last year June on the new owners name.

They are fast to ask money but when they must pay back they just ignore you.

There are a lot like a lot of people with the same problem.
