Put in a claim on our damaged inverter as a result of abnormal high voltage of 264v from eskom. Thirst they send a service provider that does not know anything regarding inverters. They showed up without any testing equipment and tools. We used our own service provider, who was also the installer of the system. He did all the tests, we send the assessment report with photo's. Till to date we did not received the out come of the claim. Even after several telephone calls from our side. This is the second claim that we have problems with.
Ooba Insurance contractor. Poor service, after a week and they don't even keep us up to date or any feed back regarding the insurance company who also does not respond on our claim.
Most pathetic insurance company ever. The most poor service ever. Phone calls after phone calls and e-mail after e-mail no response on claim.
With the loadshedding we decided to try first the battery back-up system. With reference from someone else whe decided to use Stoltz Electrical. Puik diens, vriendelikheid, behulpsaam, professioneel. Ons het Franco gekontak rakende raad oor my BMW se "aircon compressor". Hy was baie behulpsaam en ons het gereël ons sal die voertuig vir hom neem. Ons het net voor toe maak tyd by Franco se werkswinkel aangekom en toe was dit "loafshedding" ook nog. Franco was bereid om ons dadelik te help toe die krag aankom al was dit net voor toe maak tyd. Dit is 'n uur en half se werk maar hy was nog steeds bereid om ons te help. Sy werkswinkel is goed ingerig en baie netjies. Franco weet defnitief wat hy doen, sy werk is puik.
Nog probleme wat opduik met my BMW. Toe ons die voertuig gekoop het by InspectaCar Lifestyle was daar 'n lang lys van foute op die voertuig wat reg gemaak moes word en parte wat vervang moes word. Onder andere die "fanbelt tensioner". Weereens is die part vervang met 'n t****ehandse part. Net so ook met die "diff", hy klik klak nie net meer nie maar hy sing nou al te lekker. So van skelm kan ek nie glo nie, hoe kyk so persoon jou in die oë en belowe plegtig hy gaan alles regmaak
How many e-mails have we to submit to ask for our money (rates and taxis) back or to get a response back? The transport attorney just say, well that is your problem to get your rates back. Our house was already registered last year June on the new owners name. They are fast to ask money but when they must pay back they just ignore you. There are a lot like a lot of people with the same problem.
So, over the weekend my husband had to remove the plate underneath the car to work on the car. A while a go I've right the review on Rudi Blignaut the owner, he is untrustworthy and lying and then he makes you the liar. He used other older covers and caps on my car, he told my husband it is definetly not so. Well there is was, the original oil filler cap lying on the plate underneath the car. So, I want to know, where is the car's other original cover. Everytime we took the car back because of their lack to fix the car properly, I had to put in some petrol and every time I got the the car back, it was empty. Rudi told as the car was the hole time in the workshop. Well, I received my e-toll account. We were out of town and the car was supposed to be at the garage. I heard that you can renew your vehicle license threw the post office, I registered, put the vehicle details in and then I had to pay the quoted amount. It was rejected because of change of address. I e-mailed them with the request for a refund because I used another firm to do all the necessary paper work. They sent an e-mail with a reference number and said they will come back to me as soon as possible, nothing happened. I was at the post office and the lady just said "sorry I can't help you". I try to phone there customer services day in and day out but no answer. No respond on e-mails. So they own me money and it is not just a couple of hundred rands. Every where you go you just get poor and more poor service and very rude people.
I sold my house and it was registered on the new owners name at the end of June. In middle December the attorney's paid out a amount to us that they had received from the municipality but the municipality paid an amount short. They don't never ever answer their telephones, they don't respond to any e-mails never ever. (ststlm.co.zaatement@mystatement.co.za / rates@stlm.gov.za / council@) We no longer live near by so it is difficult to drive there.
