So, over the weekend my husband had to remove the plate underneath the car to work on the car. A while a go I've right the review on Rudi Blignaut the owner, he is untrustworthy and lying and then he makes you the liar. He used other older covers and caps on my car, he told my husband it is definetly not so. Well there is was, the original oil filler cap lying on the plate underneath the car. So, I want to know, where is the car's other original cover. Everytime we took the car back because of their lack to fix the car properly, I had to put in some petrol and every time I got the the car back, it was empty. Rudi told as the car was the hole time in the workshop. Well, I received my e-toll account. We were out of town and the car was supposed to be at the garage. A nice photo of the car driving around in Rooihuiskraal. The workshop is in Lyttleton. So please be carefull for this holy apastoly guy, may God bless you bla bla bla.

These people took 5 months to repair my vehicle and damaged my Turbo! They dare write on the fault report that it was due to driver negligence. They work with Inspectacar to con customers! They sell you a broken car and then blame you for the breakdown. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

The worst company ever. They are not capable to provide a reliable service. Full of empty promises. Every time we complained after they worked on our car we must take the car back and back and back with no results. WE DON'T EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM A QUART OF STAR. We bought a car from Inspectacar Centurion, they use Techead as their automotive repair shop.

In October 2020 I had work done on my car (2007 Nissan Pathfinder) at Techead (Pty) Ltd in Lyttelton Centurion. Collected car on the 25th of November 2020, 26 November car overheated +- 13 hours after I got it back from Techead (Pty) Ltd. The reason for overheating was a broken radiator pipe due to mechanic negligence. R32,552.54 spent at Techead R9000 on legal fees, Sent a letter of demand, Rudi chose to ignore all communication from our lawyers R5500 on Engineering Report and Nissan Specialist Report. "Reports state that overheating was caused by a broken radiator pipe and the excessive damage to the engine was caused by the driving of techead owner while the radiator pipe was broken." Damages to my car are R73,312.08 We have reported Rudi to MIOSA - Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa, they have tried to get him to respond to their requests but this was ignored. They responded to me "After a number of attempts to acquire a response from the supplier have failed, we conclude that there is no reasonable probability of the parties resolving their dispute through the process of conciliation and the MIOSA therefore hereby terminates the process. The complainant may now proceed to approach the National Consumer Commission to exercise his/her rights in terms of the Section 71 of the CPA." I have all the invoices, quotes and reports for anyone to view. Please contact me on jpdebeer@outlook.com
