Steve Auto Clinic Centurion -Extremely Disappointed

I booked my car at Steve Auto Clinic Centurion for a gearbox repair. The gearbox was fixed, but when I got the car back it made a loud noise. I wasn’t sure if the problem was from the gearbox or the wheels, so I contacted the workshop. I was told there was nothing they could do since the gearbox was already sorted.

I took the car to another mechanic who discovered that the wheels had not been tightened properly. Three nuts were already out, and the car was driving with only one nut holding the wheel. This was a serious safety risk that could have caused a major accident.

When I informed Steve Auto Clinic Centurion, all I got was a simple apology with no accountability or concern for what could have happened. This shows a lack of professionalism and care for customer safety. I strongly advise others not to take their cars there.
