poor customer service

My recent experience with this company is so disappointing,at first everything seemed amazing until 2 weeks back when they had to deliver the remaining order,I've been treated like an idiot,I also requested for the manager to no avail, showing that my concern was not taken seriously,I very much dissatisfied with the customer service,my work is stuck since last week, I've been calling every day only getting empty promises.
