Unhappy customer.

Will think twice about doing business with Steward and Lloyd. Returned an item as i bought one to many. In its original packaging and within 3 days and they charge a handling fee of 15%. Totally against the CPA. Why are businesses allowed to get away with such ripping the customer off practices. Very unhappy customer.
