Worst dealer Steyns Ford Pretoria

This is the worst ford dealer, I serviced my car few weeks ago, few days later I find out there was an oil leak which they didnt tell me about. I took my car back to them Jacques who is service manager promised to give me a quote on parts that needs to be fixed. He promised to get in touch with me on the 9th of this month June 2022 till today he hasn't replied. and the headlight they replaced is no longer working.

This is the last email Jacques sent me.

Hi Given I do apologise for the delay as my Parts Manager will only be back tomorrow so I can sit with him to give you my BEST price on parts and labour to repair both your concerns. You will definitely have your quotes tomorrow please if it is possible just to bear with me until tomorrow
