Cold Saunas in winter....

Hi. just a little grumble about how the facilities at the spa are not what they used to be.

i specifically liked making use of the sauna while using the spa and have noticed that you had to ask each time now for it to be switched on. this i don's mind to much as its saving electricity but after asking for it to be switched on and them waiting 15 min for it to heat up, i get to an ice cold rom with the light burning.

when telling the lady that the room never got hot, i got met with a "Oh" and that's where it ended. anyway my 2c said. cheers morten
