I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Stingray regarding my electric blanket purchased through Takealot. The blanket stopped working within 3 months, and despite multiple emails, I've been ignored and not received any response or callback. Given that it's still under warranty, I expect a replacement or repair. The lack of communication and follow-up has been frustrating, and I feel my money has been wasted.
