I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Stingray regarding my electric blanket purchased through Takealot. The blanket stopped working within 3 months, and despite multiple emails, I've been ignored and not received any response or callback. Given that it's still under warranty, I expect a replacement or repair. The lack of communication and follow-up has been frustrating, and I feel my money has been wasted.
I'm frustrated with Makro Ottery's handling of my order. They claim uncer*****y about delivery and resolution. I requested cancellation, but there's no app option. Given my distance from the store, visiting isn't feasible. I re**** on delivery convenience. Please assist in resolving this issue. I am a very upset customer!

I went to Cell C store at Promenade mall, Western Cape to unblock my phone. The staff at the store had no clue how to help me. First day I was told to go to the police station for an affidavit, following day I was told that I shouldn't have gone to the police station l should just call the customer care 084135... when I called the customer care line the agent told me that the store should have given me an unblacklisting form 😠. When I called the store and spoke to the manager, she said I need to go back to the store and fill in the forms. I am sick 😫 and tired of going back and forth. Worst service ever. Lack of knowledge and no team work. I am a ****ed customer 😤.

I am sick and tired of Bolt drivers. When you request a car it's either the driver is not the same as the one on the app or the car is not the same. Driver's are taking longer routes than usual. For instance this evening. The trip charged me R34 less than 3km which is reasonable I did not mind but when I got home I noticed that the driver did not end the trip so it charged me R46 instead. I usually pay via debit because of safety precautions. I give up, I've had it with this company. Ohhh what the point on complaing, their team never resolves any issues. Last week I payed the driver cash forgetting that my app is on debit card payment but still the driver took the money. Only noticed it later when I got home. Tried to email the Bolt team but they never got back to me. The driver's phone number didn't go through. Bad service ever. I think I should try other public transportation services because Bolt is not reliable at all. I am MAD AS HELL.
Waited for more than an hour at KFC drive thru in promenade mall without service. After a 2 hour waiting period we were told by a worker they are closing the shop due to no staff. And we were told no meat.
Telkom has the worst service ever. I give u p. I will never open an account with them. I've been with other net work providers but I have never experienced such a bad service. Even their consultants are horrible.
Apparently the lady that I was dealing with from Telkom finally responded to my emails and she said she was on leave. So I sent her an email again that was 3 days back. No response. I just want to cancel the contract. I'm tired of their boring service.
