Stingray don't even deserve a one star rating. This is absolutely the worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I struggled for the longest time to have a call logged for a faulty heater, it was eventually collected on 17 July 2025. I haven't received any feedback since then, I've called the call centre numerous times but it seems like nobody knows what's happening or what to do. I was given a number for their technical department at one time and told to call them myself, because they cannot get through to their own technical department. I was promised call backs and emails, to date I haven't received anything. I am at my wits end because I am told I cannot request a refund iether, so basically I just have to sit and wait and see what happens, also when you call the customer centre you get placed on hold for more than half an hour until you eventually drop the call. They don't care about their customers. I just want my money back, I don't want to deal with them anymore.
