I am struggling to get my refund processed. Payflex double debited my account. I have lodged several queries and eventually after alot of back and forth they eventually agreed to refund my money, but then they refunded and immediately deducted the same amount again. I have lodged queries, but my ticket keeps getting closed without any resolution. I am deeply disappointed because I have used Payflex several times and didnt have these issues in the past. I always pay on time and now I am being treated like this. There is no phone number to contact anyone, so you are just left in the dark with no assistance.
Stingray don't even deserve a one star rating. This is absolutely the worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I struggled for the longest time to have a call logged for a faulty heater, it was eventually collected on 17 July 2025. I haven't received any feedback since then, I've called the call centre numerous times but it seems like nobody knows what's happening or what to do. I was given a number for their technical department at one time and told to call them myself, because they cannot get through to their own technical department. I was promised call backs and emails, to date I haven't received anything. I am at my wits end because I am told I cannot request a refund iether, so basically I just have to sit and wait and see what happens, also when you call the customer centre you get placed on hold for more than half an hour until you eventually drop the call. They don't care about their customers. I just want my money back, I don't want to deal with them anymore.
We bought a heater at Stingray via Takealot, it lasted for about a week, then it started to malfunction. I've sent an email, as advised by one of their customer service consultants, my email was not acknowledged, I've called several times, every time I am told that I will receive an email on that particular day and a technician will come and collect the unit. To date, I haven't received any email and I haven't received a call, the unit has not been collected. I call every single day. I honestly don't know what to do.
I made a booking at the baby clinic for 9am on Monday 22 May 2023 at Lenasia Baby City. The appointment was confirmed, I made arrangements to take time off from work. On my way to the clinic, I receive an sms at 08h16 that my cancelation request was approved. I never canceled my appointment. I called the call centre and all they could tell me was, there was no nurse present at the branch. for that day. They also couldn't offer me any alternative centres in the area. This was such a huge inconvenience because I actually had to take leave to take my son and Baby City just cancels at the last minute. They take people's love for granted.
I have been trying to cancel my cellphone contract because the contract period has come to an end. I have called the call centre numerous times. The line gets cut every single time. When I do have some luck and get to speak to a consultant, the minute I mention cancelation, the line gets disconnected. I've tried to do this via Facebook and email but each time I get referred back to the call centre. Can someone please help me to cancel this contract.
I have been trying to give cancelation notice for my contract, I have called the call centre numerous times, but the consultants keep putting me on hold and never get back to me, eventually the call gets cut. I am so frustrated because I was told to give a month's notice and this is what I am trying to do but I am not having any luck. I tried the watsapp line, and I tried to cancel online, but I haven't had any luck.
I Never thought that I would have to write a bad review since I have always received good service from Makro. I ordered a washing machine on the 30 July 2019. I waited patiently as the delivery was scheduled for 06 August 2019. To date it still hasn't been delivered. I have been calling the customer service department atleast three times a day, I always get promises of a callback, but I have never received a call up to date. I still don't know the status of my order and I am not getting any assistance from anyone. I frequently shop online and I must say this has been the worst experience so far. I am deeply disappointed, I won't be using Makro in future.
