Product disgusting. Aftersales even worse!
DO NOT BUY! We purchased 6 Freezo Flavours, we tested two of the six and the taste is **********. I requested to return the 4 unopened bags within 7 days of purchase, and they just blatantly chose to ignore me. Not only is the product disgustingly bad -the aftersales is even worse. It's always so sad to see that owners have no pride in their own business. ***** alert! PS: I have whatsapp screenshots to prove all my claims.

Useless business and service
I placed an order and the incorrect products were sent to me. This was on Friday 29/11/2024 at 11:30. I let them know via email immediately that there was an error and asked how to fix it. No response. 5pm that Friday I sent a message on their website with the same information and still no response. Sunday at 1pm I sent a message on WhatsApp and still have not had a response. It is currently 6pm on the Monday afterwards and I can see the person running the business is online on WhatsApp, but has refused to even read my message. Don't waste your time with this company, 24/7 service is an absolute lie and at this point the money back guarantee is going to be bull as well.
