bought 15 avocados online from PNP Arbour Crossing and a lot of them were bad. Put in a complaint on the 18th of June. After 3 emails to PNP the store finally contacted me. They promised to refund me. To date I have not received any refund
Bought a fryer and returned it unused. According to their agreement we have to wait 30 working days for a refund. I have emailed and whatsapped a number of times and they refuse to give me an exact date when my refund will be made. I even tried calling but phone number goes to voicemail Customer service is **** and there is no way of getting hold of them

Bought from here before and voucher worked. Bought again and even if I change location I cannot use the voucher. They refuse to refund my money. Yet their Website says 100% guaranteed DONT BUY FROM THEM
Purchased a Philips Wet & Dry Epilator Series 8000 from takelot. The Product has a 2 year warranty. The product is not working and has been assessed by an approved Philip service centre. I have been asked to log a return with takealot but takealot site does not allow you to return the product. Back and forth 4 weeks later and nothing has been done
I signed a contract with 123net for activation on the 1st Dec 2021. The consultant told me they will install in October but only activate in December so I agreed to the installation. 123net installed and connected me in November. I told them to deactivate as my contract only started in December and I already had a service provider which I had to give a months notice to. After many phonecalls they eventually deactivated. They came in on the 1st of December to set the internet and after two days of back and forth telling me that its activated they finally only activated it yesterday. They now telling me that I must pay an activation fee as it was installed early. I have explained that which idiot would want to get activated early in order just to pay an activation fee. They must resolve it with their billing department and only charge me for the 29 days which i have access. Still nothing has been resolved In addition they installed my unit behind my couch and now I cannot put my couch up against the wall. I have told them from the beginning to install neatly in the front or if they cannot they must install in the bedroom
Dont use this service provider. Will install and when you have issues he will not respond to emails. A year has gone past and we still battling to get our units seeing to.
