I had an issue with a purchase I made 2 months ago being processed twice. I contacted the service department and they advised I go into the store. The ladies in store (manager as well as cashiers) were very friendly and helpful. They had a few issues so they couldn't fix it right away but by 3pm the next day the manager was in it was resolved and I had proof sent to me. Annoyed it happened at all but I'm happy that it was resolved with minimum effort on my end.
Incredible service and the food is incredible. We went there for my Grandmother's birthday, did not mention it to anyone. We had a casual conversation about it and there was a wonderful lady (I think she was the owner) who gave my gran a slice of cake and had the staff sing with the rest of us. Truly incredible staff and service.
I bought a jacket on my account, as a gift for someone. The lady behind the counter put it through, then realised that she had not done it with a gift receipt. So we "returned" it and did it again, correctly this time. I looked at my remaining balance I need to pay 2 months down the line and I have been charged for 2 jackets. I contacted the service department and I was told that I need to provide proof that I didn't buy 2 jackets. 2 months later, now I need to hunt down a piece of paper in order to get back R1200? I asked for other options (cameras or looking at the fact the same jacket, and size was purchased minutes apart of different invoice numbers) for the same account.
I placed an order and the incorrect products were sent to me. This was on Friday 29/11/2024 at 11:30. I let them know via email immediately that there was an error and asked how to fix it. No response. 5pm that Friday I sent a message on their website with the same information and still no response. Sunday at 1pm I sent a message on WhatsApp and still have not had a response. It is currently 6pm on the Monday afterwards and I can see the person running the business is online on WhatsApp, but has refused to even read my message. Don't waste your time with this company, 24/7 service is an absolute lie and at this point the money back guarantee is going to be bull as well.
I pre-ordered a game in store. Spoke to the staff, to ensure there would be no difficulties. They ensured me it was all set... Then I go to collect the game on day of release, play it for a while to get the pre-order items(Anthem requires you finish certain quests before unlocking the bonus). And when I went back to question it, they told me I had to have ordered it online. Not in store. I spoke to them to ensure it wouldn't be an issue. I checked the magazine you put out, and neither your incompetent staff, nor your magazine said it was for online orders only. That being said, I left the store. Tried to contact the head office, only for them not to respond. I've waited 4 days for a response and I'm still waiting. Your service is horrendous and your communication s****s are lackluster at best.
Pathetic service. I came to Pick n Pay Comaro on the 24th of December to buy a few things. They had a special on the Cadbury slabs. 2 for R37. That came to R54 instead. Then I had a booklet where I already had the 20 stamps I needed to get a R100 voucher. Which the management 'authorising' did. So my bill came to R243. I questioned the bill and she said the R100 discount did go through. Insisting that she was right. I added everything I bought up, excluding the "special" on the Cadbury. There was no R100 taken off. So my bill of R243 should have been R100 less for the booklet, and a further R17 less for the special. Well done on successfully taking R117 from me and insisting you are right.
