A genuine pleasure doing business!
I would like to express my absolute satisfaction with the 5 star service that I received at Stone Library in North Riding, Johannesburg. I was assisted by Shaun Wantenar who has been absolutely amazing to work with. There were quite a few problems and hiccups along the way during our engagement, but Shaun was more than accommodating and always made a plan to assist me in any way that he could, sending me large batches of stock the same day I ordered them and even paying for work that needed to be done due to a mistake that was made. I have to say that I have rarely experienced such a willingness to not only assist a customer, but also to correct mistakes that were made in such an open, honest and friendly manner. Many, many thanks to you Shaun for everything that you have done through our process. It really has been a breath of fresh air for me and I am incredibly grateful for all your help and the manner in which you dealt with things. To those reading this review, ask for Shaun by name. To Stone Library North Riding, you have a real star in Shaun and he is an asset to your business. I will be directing people to you from now on because of how well he handled things with me.

Excellent Service and a great experience
Well; one does not find the kind of service I received from Shaun Wantenaar at Stone Library often. The welcome was warm; the way they treated me was superb; they gave me answers and a super deal. Shaun delivered on time; within spec and within my budget. I went there to buy a vanity. I walked away by doing all my kitchen tops; my staircase in marble; the stone cladding around my house exterior and interior as well as paving. My next addition is a composite deck. The service was fabulous and I was suitably satisfied to spend a chunk of my budget with Stone Library. Thank you; thank you; thank you Shaun

DAMAGED GOODS, NO ASSISTANCE, UNETHICAL SERVICE
I purchased 225 units/pieces of stone cladding from Stone Library in Gauteng, the delivery arrived and the crate it came in was clearly dropped/damaged. Some of my Cladding was broken right through and other's were dismantled. They allow for 6% breakage on any sale but 20% of my order was damaged. Only 180 units were in good condition and 45 were broken/dismantled. We took all the dismantled pieces back to them to get 45 whole ones, after a huge argument they agreed to only give is 35 units.. How am I as a consumer able to calculate a whole lot of broken pieces to be 45 whole units? So as a consumer I paid for 10 extra pieces that I never received, their argument is but how do they know I didn't use it elsewhere?? I find them extremely unethical, unprofessional and just plain rude. We even sent them photos of the delivery before we opened the crate to show them it is broken, we invited them to our house where the 180 whole pieces were placed on a wall to prove we have not used an extra 10 units.. to no avail. I just feel they are very friendly to get your business and once you've paid them A LOT of money all goes down, from their attitude to their product, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
