Domains - disaster!
If there was a rating for zero stars I would rate Zero - All good to go to pay for a Domain registration but O my goodness ..: to get a site builder lite or any satisfactory support … absolutely atrocious .Ticket after ticket … and then they tell me to give them a different number because they cannot hear me clearly on my number .. duh … call again and again … service incompetence!

Commendable - The Stone Guys - Shaun Wantenaar.
I use to work with Shaun Wantenaar at a previous company. Certainly service excellence stayed with him as I did not get the same service at his prior company. I am glad to say that my last order was in excess of 100 square meters of stone cladding. The material was delivered as specified; within budget ; with in the time frame; the consultation was fabulous and the installation was professional. Great communication, great attitude and helpful. Well done - The Stone Guys - well done Shaun Wantenaar and team.

Totally Satisfied.
Just want to thank Shaun at The Stone Guys. He gave excellent advice that really helped us make a quality decision. He really has our interest at heart. We have completed numerous stone projects with The Stone Guys and are totally satisfied.

Builders Warehouse - 0/5 -
I have been shopping at Builders warehouse for many years … and dread the experience - only go if a really need to. A lot of people doing a lot of things and pass you from one isle to the other. This was my experience at Fourways. On Friday same thing at Builders Warehouse in Somerset West. Most unhelpful - everybody busy packing shelves - get to the till; Friday afternoon - empty store and no one to help . Us contractors are not paid a salary like the staff - every minute is a cost. The culture is wrong. When I asked to see the senior manager … sorry sir; he is not in ( Golf day right ? ) that figures I said - left my goods and went to Somerset Crossing Build it. What a pleasure - greeting at the door like the old hardware shop days. Well done. Hey - Leroy Merlin … you guys are hot - Pls open up in Somerset - It is cooking - we need service!

Afrihost the worst - not a host at all.
If there was a possibility to grant a zero star or a nausea emoticon, I would rather use this than a one star - E mail upon e- mail - Lies upon lies - We called you back etc - The end of it - I lost my we site , and my business front because Afrihost has a bunch of e mail at responders and they are not dealing with my problem. Why must I payfor a service that I am not getting and then eventually, you switch me off because you claim I have R58 outstanding meanwhile I am paying month after month fro an e mail that is not working. And no real person can solve this problem because no real person calls to find out. PATHETIC !!!

Afrihost - Pathetic!
If there was a zero star I would certainly choose the zero star. This company is so "Botted" up with autoresponders and automatic mail responders just keep on regardless of how you respond. Easy to send bills and suspend your service but not easy to get to a real person to talk about why you keep on paying for an e mail that you have not been able to connect with your web page. No response - onlu autoresponders or Bots ... pathetic!!

Transport services to recommend.
I needed the supply of sand urgently to meet a need on a building site. Paul helped with a great attitude - " Maak n plan vir jou" delivered within time frame; within spec and within budget. I was suitably impressed with their helpfulness and accommodation in my hour of need. Keep it up boet - South Africa needs more of yous!!

Excellent Service and a great experience
Well; one does not find the kind of service I received from Shaun Wantenaar at Stone Library often. The welcome was warm; the way they treated me was superb; they gave me answers and a super deal. Shaun delivered on time; within spec and within my budget. I went there to buy a vanity. I walked away by doing all my kitchen tops; my staircase in marble; the stone cladding around my house exterior and interior as well as paving. My next addition is a composite deck. The service was fabulous and I was suitably satisfied to spend a chunk of my budget with Stone Library. Thank you; thank you; thank you Shaun
