Bad bad servicemid
Im fighting a loosing battle with Midrand Storage. My account was not up to date, I owed December , January and current month February. I received an invoice showing that an amount R2850 is due. On 31 January 2020 I paid R4500 and on 6 February 2021 I paid R2000. The total amount paid was R6500. From amount a R6500-2800 R2850 , account should be in crefit with about R3600. This payment did not reflect on their side hence POP was emailed and they confirmed that the error was on their side and they will update it. I was shocked to learn that only R437. 47 is available. When trying to follow up Im told that I have been owing from September but the invoices and the call from them confirmed that i owed December, January and current month. Please assit to get clarity.

No return of deposit after 3 months
Multiple emails, telephone calls and no joy with getting my deposit back after 3 whole months. 30 days they said. Also doesn't help one person sending you to another that just referred you to the one you're speaking to. Totally unacceptable. Easy to take someones money isn't it.

No return of deposit after 3 months

I wont recommend this excuse of an organisation to any person!!!
<p>As initially joining you pay for the month joined, and a deposit- which means you dont pay a deposit fee every month, however the useless accounts and general competence of all staff take it upon themselves to charge me my monthly instalement + no deposit fee. And according to them i didnt pay a deposit-in so saying after complaining eventually they understood what a deposit is and changed my payment to the inital agreed amount without a deposit fee, which means i am in credit for what i over paid apart from my deposit which is to be returned.Every time i call i have spoken to Bridgette who is useless & rude to say the least and says she will call me back so she can understand the account! Please people dont use this company rather pay the extra bit more for a decent level of competence & service.</p>
