<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been trying to get hold of literally anyone who is willing to help me, I have been calling all day and it seems as if no one is working since I have yet to speak to an actual human.</p> <p>Calling since 8 this morning and still not getting through is quite shocking, I am beyond disgusted at Standard Bank.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hopefully getting the attention of Standard Bank this way someone can help me with my urgent issue.</p>
<p>In Short.</p> <p>I have had absolutely fantastic service with Outsurance throughout my claims process. </p> <p>They always followed up, kept me in the loop, but also ensured my claims process was hassle free and timeous.</p> <p>Thank you so much Outsurance for all your assistance, it is beyond appreciated and you most definitely have my loyalty as a customer.</p> <p>Please also praise your fantastic staff for providing this service - Lindie Barkhuizen and Yolandi Becker</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank You </p>
<p>As initially joining you pay for the month joined, and a deposit- which means you dont pay a deposit fee every month, however the useless accounts and general competence of all staff take it upon themselves to charge me my monthly instalement + no deposit fee. And according to them i didnt pay a deposit-in so saying after complaining eventually they understood what a deposit is and changed my payment to the inital agreed amount without a deposit fee, which means i am in credit for what i over paid apart from my deposit which is to be returned.Every time i call i have spoken to Bridgette who is useless & rude to say the least and says she will call me back so she can understand the account! Please people dont use this company rather pay the extra bit more for a decent level of competence & service.</p>
