****** on the business

I never take trust those guys with my car, ******, they damaged my car while it was in their possession, and when they bring it back, I saw this damages, I reported it, their Manager was very very arrogant she said I must fix it on my own because I parked it on my own risk, I did not park it, I gave it to their driver, I cannot take a responsibility for their own employees..what type of business is this?
