****MERS ON THE WHEELS
I wish to bring to your attention a serious matter involving a group of foreigners that are masquerading as a removal company that appears to be engaged in *****ulent practices. This company presents itself as legitimate and lists the address of 85B Mint Road, Fordsburg, Johannesburg, on its website; however, it is actually based in Cape Town. In February of the previous year, I contracted their services for a relocation from Cape Town to Bethal in Mpumalanga. Instead of fulfilling the agreed-upon service, they transported my belongings to a location in Johannesburg. After the relocation, they requested additional payment to deliver my items to Bethal and insisted on upfront payment of the remaining balance. When I sought to retrieve my belongings, the company refused my request and subsequently blocked my attempts to communicate. The individual who identified himself as Christopher is currently untraceable and continues to advertise his services, posing a risk to potential new clients. He is reportedly wanted by the South African police in connection with this matter, having appropriated goods valued at R400,000.00. It is crucial to disseminate this information to prevent additional victims from falling prey to this operation. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.

Scorpion has recently employed very *********** ,rude young people who belief that the are more superior to their clients, since March we reported the matter with no solution, they keep requesting unnecessary documents repeatedly, ,no feedback, no updates, recently the case was taken from Natasha who was also very lazy and given to this other person who is full of himself, he still requesting documents that we provided to Natasha, he even laugh at our frustration, he refuse us to speak to their immediate supervisor. Why are we treated like nobodies while we pay premiums every month? Yeah, useless legal advisor, I wonder if they ever won any matter with this type of arrogance.

Useless legal team
Very useless, I reported the matter and I don't get update, no direct line to call the case handler for feedback, she call after long time and tell me she has done nothing after 14days,she is very arrogant and seems like she is not interested in working with this case.

1st For Woman are ****mers
****mers disguising to be a reputable insurance, they try by all means not to settle any claim, someone told me when I buy a car not to use budget, auto and general or 1st for woman, they are under one umbrella and they will never settle any claim, I have try to give them a chance to proof that, the last 3 claims were all declined, first the tiles damaged by storms, they said it was my fault because person who installed them he did not install correct, there was heavy storm that destroyed my roof and ceiling, they said the date is incorrect, on the other property, my house was vandalized by vagrants and they say they are my tenants. Really gatvol, keep your insurance, I will go back to Outsurance even though they are bit expensive but they'll never disappoint you.

Very *********** and useless agents, my internet was blocked by their staff member, who took 40 minutes try to unlock my services on the router, but ending up adding his own addresses on my account,and exceeding the limit of addresses, now it has been a week without internet, I call every day but no assistance.

Big insurance ****mers
Worse insurance ever, first time I claim for a, windscreen, no claim handler, I call every day and I never get to talk to him or her. I requested to speak to their manager at list, he just came to the fone and said "the person you are looking for is not available, please call later" and dropped the call on my ears, wow.. Hahaha, I never thought a so called big insurance can be so unprofessional.. I want to cancel with immediate effect.

What a disgusting treatment from an Insurance company with a reputable record.
I dearly praised you over the years but, the service you offering now is disgusting, for a week waiting for you to confirm if my stuff are covered at the storage no feedback. Just crossing fingers that nothing will happen while you playing hide and sick like Budget insurance

Communication is a night mare, keep on taking me up and down, declining my claim tactically.
Budget insurance called a tow truck to tow my car which was mechanical, the tow truck guy refused to take responsibility, now since I am sending emails and now over 300 minutes on the phone, the calls drop and no call back, I keep calling again ang hold for long time, and the same routine happens, no help, what type of insurance is this, I remember Outsurance warned me about this cheaper insurance, I totally regret why I left them for this budget thing. It seems like they take people in the street give the the phones to assist clients without a formal training. Disgusting service

****mers masquerading like a genuine removal services but bullies, since the 27th February 2025,they took my stuff, in Cape Town to Bethal, they took them to Epping without communicating to us, they took half of them later to their storage in Johannesburg, without my consent, they used my beddings to wrap around the furniture, and damaged some goods, now the brought the remaining stuff to Joburg, they want me to pay from Johannesburg to Bethal, but the initial quote was from Cape Town to Bethal, they are dishonest and arrogant. They say the balance should be paid when the truck reaches the delivery address, but they want money upfront, how can you trust people who already showed their dishonesty. I will never encourage any one to use this people's services, they appear cheaper when you still making quotations, they have moved from R14000 to R26000, the same trip, the same quotation.. Wow. This people are here to rip people off every last cent.

the removal with very *********** arrogant people
My stuff was loaded in the truck on the 27th February 2025, from Cape Town to Bethal, today is the 10th of March 2025, my stuff has not arrived, when I call they tell me is on the way,I managed to get hold of the driver`s number phone, he tell me my staff was offloaded in Epping on the 27th and they are still there, he got some other people`s furnishers, not mine. I will never recommend this people for any person, they are headage, they even refused to give the number for the boss.
