Bra causing bodily harm

Purchased bras to the value of R2400. The one bra was defective and had to be exchanged and the other was cutting my skin below my ribs. Thy outright refuse to assist with helping me figure out how to manage the bra cutting skin.

I will be lodging a complaint with the consumer protection act.
