Great Moving Experience !
We had a phenomenal move experience with this company, and it was rather logistical as we had to move heavy items to two destinations. Antoinette was a pleasure to work with, and the gents who came with the truck were great and did it in excellent time! Thank you guys! Highly recommended.

Great Moving Experience !
We had a phenomenal move experience with this company, and it was rather logistical as we had to move heavy items to two destinations. Antoinette was a pleasure to work with, and the gents who came with the truck were great and did it in excellent time! Thank you guys! Highly recommended.

BAD SERVICE
Storm Removals is a very unprofessional and unreliable company. They provide very bad services all round. This sums up my experience with them: - Before the move we made payment however to get an invoice from them was a mission. They could not even provide a simple invoice to us. - On the day of the move the guys came an hour late. No communication was received regarding this. - When they eventually came, they just rushed in and started mixing kitchen items with bathroom items. How professional is that?? They didn't wait for any instructions from us. - Our couch was to be wrapped in plastic (which was accounted for in the quote), but this was not done thus causing scratches on my couch. - Some of my furniture required to be disassembled which they were fully aware of before the move, they did not bring the necessary tools to do this. I had to supply them with my tools for this to be done. I'm not sure if they thought they could use their fingers as tools for disassembling. So my overall experience with Storm removals was bad and I will definately not recommend them to anyone. BAD SERVICE, BAD COMMUNICATION AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL

BAD SERVICE

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! SOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL - SHOCKING
DO NOT HIRE STORM REMOVALS!!! - THEY DRIVE OFF WITH YOUR STUFF AND YOU HAVE TO CHASE AFTER THEM. BAD SERVICE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL They do not even deserve 1 star!! Big talks about how easy they can make your move but its all a show. 1. Bank accounts not in working condition - not told to you in advance, only the morning they want the CASH 2. Furniture not wrapped in plastic but you are charged for the plastic 3. Things Literally DUMPED into boxes causing breaks and detergent bottles leaking 4. They do not bring their own tools so make sure you supply them with these 5. Truck drives off with your stuff and you have to chase after them to stop them 6. Money is wanted earlier than stated on the invoice 7. Their phones are switched off the morning of your move so you cannot contact them 8. They break your items and say they don't know how it happened 9. They leave things behind so you have to go collect it yourself later 10. They give you improper quotations and later add amounts on 11. They are not punctual

Great service from Storm Removal
I have used this company to move and all I can say , I was beyond impressed . The staff is very professional . They kept me informed every step of the way . The move was painless . They staff ever friendly and accommodating . I can highly recommend them . Beyond board service .
