This is now the second time the pharmacy has just processed my medication without my permission!! I just receive an sms to say collect your meds at kyalami corner.. What nonsense is this??? How can you process any medication without my permission on my name????
i make payment into my credit card every month on the 3rd. Yesterday i received a sms saying my account is in arrears. How is this possible? Malituka at the callcentre said she could not really assist and transferred my call to collections department. I spoke to a lady named Lungi - when i tried to explain what my issue was her response was " are you done now, can i talk" . Is this how you speak to clients?? I was told that i made payment before the statement was sent to me - because the 2nd of January 2022 was not a working day, the statement was only calculated on the 3rd and therefore my payment that was made on the 3rd of jan did not reflect. Now how is this my problem??? for years now i have made payment on the 3rd. And not only do i pay the amount due, i pay 4 times the amount that is actually due every single month!! this is absolute nonsence and very unfair!!! they are refusing to clear my name and Tiato from the collections department said to me that it will remain on my profile that i have had an account in arrears. So if you make early payments then also you wrong and if you dont make a payment at all then also you are wrong (PS not that my payment was early - i always pay on the same day) Where is all this stated anyways? payment must be made after a certain date - is it documented anywhere? why do i suddenly have an issue now? Pathetic service standard bank!
rotten peaches at Woolworths Crowthrone. Woolworths is becoming very poor with the quality of food for the price we pay. peaches were dry and rotten!! be careful what you buy at woolies, quality has dropped drastically!!!
DO NOT HIRE STORM REMOVALS!!! - THEY DRIVE OFF WITH YOUR STUFF AND YOU HAVE TO CHASE AFTER THEM. BAD SERVICE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL They do not even deserve 1 star!! Big talks about how easy they can make your move but its all a show. 1. Bank accounts not in working condition - not told to you in advance, only the morning they want the CASH 2. Furniture not wrapped in plastic but you are charged for the plastic 3. Things Literally DUMPED into boxes causing breaks and detergent bottles leaking 4. They do not bring their own tools so make sure you supply them with these 5. Truck drives off with your stuff and you have to chase after them to stop them 6. Money is wanted earlier than stated on the invoice 7. Their phones are switched off the morning of your move so you cannot contact them 8. They break your items and say they don't know how it happened 9. They leave things behind so you have to go collect it yourself later 10. They give you improper quotations and later add amounts on 11. They are not punctual
Just an update on my previous complaint.. yesterday i received a call from The Wedge Centre (samsung) to say that my fitbit was working on another device and that they will reload some software on my samsung to fix the problem. Today i receive a call to say that they cannot do anything as my fitbit is the device thats not working.. so if this is the case, how does my fitbit work on my spare samsung phone and how is it that it always worked on the Samsung A7 but only now doesmt work after the upgrade was done??? This makes no sense!! Shalen, the store manager, asked me to contact head office if i wanted a device swop and when i called head office they said shalen was suppose to call himself and log it from their side. So what is happening??
STAFF NOT COMPETENT IN THEIR WORK!! Samsung at the Wedge Shopping Centre has the most terrible service!!! My Samsung A7 phone's Bluetooth was not working correctly. It was taken to the store for fixing. Sent me an email and called to say the phone was fixed and ready for collection. I got there only to find it was not. waited 20 minutes and then took the phone home only to find its still not working. took it back to the store and sat there for an hour and 40 minutes waiting for them to fix it. now after 2 technicians looking at the phone, they still cannot find what is wrong. they wiped out my phone and now the new software is not compatible with me fitbit device. who's fault is this??? Tarique says its not the Samsung device problem.. then what is???? everything was working fine up until these people wiped my phone out! 4 trips to the store but no results what so ever!! they just expect you to keep going up and down. PATHETIC SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING
NWJ branch in mall of africa has given the worst service any store could offer! A ring made by them cracked. I took it in for repairs, the lady said she will send it for repairs and call me with a quotation.. 2 weeks later i still havent heard from them so i called to enquire about the ring. Turns out they cannot repair it but did not have the decency to inform me. So i asked to collect the ring, the lady said she would call me when the ring is back at the store.. a week later i still have heard nothing from them.. is this the service we should be getting for purchasing expensive jewellery? I queried of pirchasing a different ring but no help was offered regarding that as well. Seems like they do not need customers anymore.
<p>On the 13th of july i had to visit the carlswald healthworx again for a 2nd consultation due to the incorrect treatmemt received by dr ross. I said to them that i will be paying cash for the consulation, only to find that an amount was claimed off my medical aid! How can you claim on someones medical aid without their permission?? This is fraud!! When i asked Melanie at the pay desk to reverse the amount, she said "it should be done" . I asked again after paying to make sure the amount was reversed and she said "it should be done" . But to my surprise it was not! So i had to call back yet again to have it reversed. This is not the first time she has made this mistake, it happened to my husband in the past also. This branch is just an inconvinience and they dont care of anything! Absolutely pathethic healthcare practice iv ever been to!</p>
<p>I seen dr ross on tuesday..he diagnosed me with severe gastro.. put me on a drip and prescribed medication.. after taking his medication i was 10 times worst! I called in 3 times to speak to him or get an appointment to see him but shame this man is too inportant to follow up with his patients.. now i am forced to pay for yet another consultation just for his misdiagnosing and pathetic services. Money making schemes at health-worx midrand. My file was just given to a lady named teresa to deal with and still i havent heard anything from Dr Ross.. you dont even deserve to be called a doctor!! </p>
After 5 months of stuggling, an incorrect debit order still going off my account.. i asked the manager for help but its still not sorted out..the manager has not responded to my emails and when i call to speak to him, he is having breakfast so cannot take a call.. the staff in centurion are very unhelpfull.. a mistake make by herbert, one of willy's staff members, is still not fixed 5 months later!! Is willy fit to be manager if he cant even help clients and fix a mistake made by his staff member?? Very incompetent and pathetic service at autopage centurion!!
