Outstanding and WORLD CLASS customer service.

I purchased two tools online and concluded the transaction yesterday (Tuesday 4 January 2022). I received both items today (Wednesday 5 January 2022). This type of service is totally unheard of in South Africa. Usually when ordering online, you wait a few days, if not weeks for your delivery. I dealt with Jason and he was absolutely wonderful, truly professional and an extremely pleasant person to deal with. Not only did their customer service exceeded my wildest expectations, they only sell quality products and their pricing is also stunning. I had to phone them to confirm whether the prices listed on their website was true. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the Strand Hardware team, and they have just gotten them another "life long" customer. In future, I won't even bother looking at other suppliers, I'll just process my order on the Strand Hardware website (which is also easy and straight forward).
