Harassment & POPIA Violation – ******** Contact

I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing harassment from Strauss Daly Attorneys.

I am being repeatedly contacted regarding a debt linked to an individual who previously worked at our office. I have no connection to this matter, and I have never provided my contact details to this company, nor did the individual in question have permission to do so.

Despite informing them multiple times that:

I am not the person they are looking for I have no involvement in the debt They do not have consent to contact me

They continue to call me.

I have also clearly stated that their actions are in violation of POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act), as they are processing and using my personal information without consent or lawful justification.

I have repeatedly requested that my number be removed from their system, yet the calls persist.

This behavior constitutes:

Harassment ******** processing of personal information Failure to comply with direct requests to cease contact

If this is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter formally and lay a complaint at Information Regulator, Council for Debt Collectors and National Consumer Commission.
