I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing harassment from Strauss Daly Attorneys. I am being repeatedly contacted regarding a debt linked to an individual who previously worked at our office. I have no connection to this matter, and I have never provided my contact details to this company, nor did the individual in question have permission to do so. Despite informing them multiple times that: I am not the person they are looking for I have no involvement in the debt They do not have consent to contact me They continue to call me. I have also clearly stated that their actions are in violation of POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act), as they are processing and using my personal information without consent or lawful justification. I have repeatedly requested that my number be removed from their system, yet the calls persist. This behavior constitutes: Harassment ******** processing of personal information Failure to comply with direct requests to cease contact If this is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter formally and lay a complaint at Information Regulator, Council for Debt Collectors and National Consumer Commission.
If there was a minus 5, I would have used it. I placed an order yesterday at 15:09. My order has still not been received nor cancelled. My money is still pending on my banking app and the order disappeared with the launch of the new pnp asap app last night. The phone line is a joke.
How **** have their customer services and values became. I have now dealt with 15 different people and my issue on my return has still not been sorted.
I ordered from PNP ASAP / Bottles a variety of meat. I would be charged nearly R50 more (the original amount as when ordered). I took it up with them and I only got refunded for not even a quarter of what is owed to me. I have used only PnP since they launched their app. I will definitely spread the word that they are dishonest with their customer policies and stealing in legal terms.
False advertising regarding a R200 voucher on buying their new pizza. Since I ordered 3 days ago I still have not received anything or any response to my emails.
