I had Stucco Italiano do a bathroom and bedroom floor, the result was shocking looked like an old floor with dark marks on a white floor and bubbles in the glaze. They did it a second time - not much better it took all together 8 weeks. I had booked a 2. Phase, kitchen and lounge with them, which I cancelled. They kept half of my deposit and charged me an additional R 1800 for a technical advisor to come out - Shocking - everybody please stay away from this company!

Dear Valued Client
Stucco Italiano, once again, is thanking you for the opportunity to do your floors.
I would just like to set the record straight, as you are portraying us to be the villain in this matter. Yes, the initial floor was not to our standard due to inferior supplier raw material and we gladly reworked the floor, at our own cost without involving our supplier, to a more than acceptable finish.
You were still not pleased with the floor and we then sent our Technical Advisor to your site to inspect the floor. He indicated to you that the floor was in immaculate condition and that the finish was highly acceptable, but you were still adamant to cancel the job. You also stated to our Technical Advisor that the actual reason for your cancellation is that you had no place to store all your furniture.
We then refunded you the initial deposit after deducting the contractual 10% admin fee and the cost of the required visit of our Technical Advisor.
Stucco Italiano did everything possible to satisfy you as our valued client, but you insisted in cancelling and there is nothing we can do about that.
Kind Regards
Stucco Italiano Team
