Ridiculously Bad Service

I placed an order on 5 December today is 11 December and guess what my parcel still has not been shipped . They don't respond to WhatsApp messages, this is really ridiculous!!! The item that I ordered is gift for someone that I need for 14 December, can you please ship my parcel!!!

Stylephase Home don't care because I noticed a lot of people are complaining about their bad service and not receiving parcels.
