I made a Boxer card 2 weeks ago, I got home and wanted to register for the B Rewards but could not as it kept saying "invalid mobile number". I called customer service and and sent all requested info via email, up to this day it's still not sorted. I spent money to earn vouchers that I'm un to redeem and it's going to expire. Can you please fix the problem.
My father app**** for a fibre package made payment and the router was delivered on Thursday 4 September. Since he received the router it's still not working today is 6 September. We spent ridiculously amounts of airtime calling customer service and different people advise differently which is pathetic because why can't you see what's the problem WHY THE ROUTER IS NOT WORKING!!! Can you please sort it out
I placed an order on 5 December today is 11 December and guess what my parcel still has not been shipped . They don't respond to WhatsApp messages, this is really ridiculous!!! The item that I ordered is gift for someone that I need for 14 December, can you please ship my parcel!!! Stylephase Home don't care because I noticed a lot of people are complaining about their bad service and not receiving parcels.
I wrote a complaint last week regarding having to wait up to 14 working days for my refund due to Makro supplier sent the wrong item. I just want to say thank you to makro for expediting my refund, really appreciate it.
I ordered 7 items on Makro online and was unsatisfied with 2 items. One in particular the supplier sent me a gas stove that was different from the picture. It was a cheap stove I could have bought from the China's. I returned the item in order to get a refund. My problem is it's not my fault your supplier sent me a cheap stove that was not advertised. So why must I now wait 14 days to get my money back. I bought the stove because of the picture and description but that's not what I received. I don't want to wait 14 days for my money so please expedite my refund.
I opened a bank account and obviously used my current details. I received an email with my account number but when I tried to sign in on the app I noticed the otp is going to my cell number that I had 20 years ago!!!! I opened the account with my current details!!!! I called the call Centre and R50 later I still did not speak to human, I even tried the call me back option but still nothing. All I want is for Standard Bank to change my number to the number I used to open the account, I don't want to hear about an account I had 20 years ago or I have to go into a branch be that would be very inconvenient. Please change my number so I can sign into the app
I just received a call from Platinum Life stating they sending the R600 voucher I been waiting for months plus they want to pit me in R20 000 draw for next month March if I provide 50 ladies names and will receive an additional R1000 voucher via sms today. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone and ended up providing 120 names. Guess what they only sent me a R200 voucher and not R1000 voucher which ended in my spam!!! They are ****s just promise you things just for names!!! You can't even buy anything for R200 at Isabella Garcia. Stop fooling people
I opened an account online and was unable to upload my documents online due to an constant error, therefore I opted to email it. I emailed the documents but keep getting an email back stating it's the wrong reference number. I used the ref number from the email I received. I literally used R70 airtime trying to phone Absa but I never got to speak to an agent, was only listening to a computers voice. I called 4 times and was on hold on those 4 occasions. I'm not sure if Absa received my documents, is my application finalized or not????
I just wanted to applaud Mr Price for their fast delivery. They literally took 1 day to deliver my online order, I was really shocked I thought I was going to wait 7 days. Thanks Mr Price!!!
Myself and my mother were approved for Rage accounts. We went to Rage at Trade Route Mall to collect our cards, guess what the lady said go to another Rage because they don't have cards!!! How can the store not have cards, we went all the way to Trade Route Mall for nothing, what an inconvenience. I noticed Rage have a lot of bad reviews on Hello Peter and they don't even bother to respond to people's complaints.
