I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. Frankly, this experience does not even warrant a one star rating. I purchased 5 dresses in size XL; however, upon delivery, several items were incorrectly labelled, with some fitting like a size L or even M. In addition, the workmanship was unacceptable there were visible loose threads and poorly finished seams. I lodged a complaint and had to wait for the store to reopen before any assistance was provided. I followed up multiple times until it was finally confirmed that the items would be collected. I was then issued a tracking reference, and the courier collected the items from me for return to the store. The tracking information confirmed delivery, yet I still had to contact the store to ensure they acknowledged receipt. I was informed that the refund process would begin once they had the package, even though it was already showing as delivered on my end. Shortly thereafter, I was asked for my banking details. Today, 14 January 2026, I followed up again and was told that HR would only process the refund on Thursday. Shortly after that call, I received another call from a staff member asking about a missing belt although none of the dresses I purchased came with belts. After realising she had contacted the wrong person, I asked her about the status of my refund, and she claimed it had already been processed today. This level of inconsistency and incompetence is unacceptable. This was my first purchase, and it will certainly be my last after such a frustrating experience. Timeline: • Purchase date: 23 December 2025 • Delivery date: 30 December 2025 • Return and refund request submitted: 30 December 2025 • Today: 14 January 2026, and I am still having to push for the completion of this process.
