Disgusting service!!!

VERY HORRIBLE SERVICES FROM ASAP PICK N PAY. THE SERVICES IS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE ALL THE TIME.MY ORDER IS 1 HR LATE I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT EVEN NOW AND THEY SO UNBOTHERED.

Poor service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. Frankly, this experience does not even warrant a one star rating. I purchased 5 dresses in size XL; however, upon delivery, several items were incorrectly labelled, with some fitting like a size L or even M. In addition, the workmanship was unacceptable there were visible loose threads and poorly finished seams. I lodged a complaint and had to wait for the store to reopen before any assistance was provided. I followed up multiple times until it was finally confirmed that the items would be collected. I was then issued a tracking reference, and the courier collected the items from me for return to the store. The tracking information confirmed delivery, yet I still had to contact the store to ensure they acknowledged receipt. I was informed that the refund process would begin once they had the package, even though it was already showing as delivered on my end. Shortly thereafter, I was asked for my banking details. Today, 14 January 2026, I followed up again and was told that HR would only process the refund on Thursday. Shortly after that call, I received another call from a staff member asking about a missing belt although none of the dresses I purchased came with belts. After realising she had contacted the wrong person, I asked her about the status of my refund, and she claimed it had already been processed today. This level of inconsistency and incompetence is unacceptable. This was my first purchase, and it will certainly be my last after such a frustrating experience. Timeline: • Purchase date: 23 December 2025 • Delivery date: 30 December 2025 • Return and refund request submitted: 30 December 2025 • Today: 14 January 2026, and I am still having to push for the completion of this process.

Worst service ever

I have ordered food from Muchacho's Cedar 2hrs ago my order is still not delivered worse part of it when I call I was told Wiseman took the order, yet on the system it was showing Clinton, now its showing Davison Love is waiting for my order ,i spoke to Babalwa and Gloria they both said there's nothing they can do i must consult the Ubereats

Tampered box missing item

takealot.com Request Received: [Delivery] Item Missing or Incorrect in Order Received (***) - Ticket *** Can I get my earphones please I have sent photos and so many emails about the box that was empty with no earphones showing signs of being tampered with. I was told management will get back to me ,can someone please do their job!!!!!

HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING

JUST WHEN I THOUGHT I HAVE SEEN IT ALL I ORDER MY MEAL AT 11H51 FROM PINESLOPES ,I NOTICE ITS NOT TRACKING I DECIDED TO CALL THE STORE 12H29,I WAS TOLD THE DRIVER IS ON THE WAY ,MY FOOD ARRIVED 13H57 IN A VERY DISGUSTING STATE I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL WITH PHOTOS AS PROOF OF THE STATE OF THE FOOD THAT WAS DELIVERED ,YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.

Poor service as usual

It has came to our attention that our internet is down for the second time round about the same time on the 14 October it was down today again same time ,I mean really this service is not for free and it's annoying dealing with this all the time there's no joy at all . It's now a pattern and it's pathetic please see attached and sort it out. We've detected an issue affecting Vuma Reach Fibre services in your area.
