We purchased a lounge suite in December 2019 for R28000 cash. The 3 seater started losing its shape by collapsing and ripping apart at the seams after a few months. Sucasa was informed and attended to the issue. Shortly thereafter the 2 seater had the same ripping at the seam. Attempts made to contact Su casa was in vain due to closure i.t.o COVID Lockdown [under6 months from purchase]. Eventually contact was made. Emails received stated that the period for complaint has expired. Their closure during this period was not considered. After some persuasion it was Poorly attended to. After just 1 yr. the set is now falling apart again. After just 1year and R28000. At that price I never expected this quality of workmanship. I dare not contact Su Casa as "period" of warrantee is over. Its now just over a year. R28000 for a set that lasts for just a year is not what I expected. Do not let the OUTER look deceive you. Hope this helps someone who worked hard for their money. Look at other options.
