I was a client of SU Parking for the past 5 years and use the services on a regular basis... on 22 June I travelled to Nelspruit and returned the same evening. My vehicle was taken and returned as normal with no complaints from the driver. On the very next day, 23 June I travelled to Durban and dropped off my vehicle as normal. On my return on 24 June I noted that my clock and radio stations were set to default implying that the battery has been removed. The driver that dropped off the vehicle did not report any issues. I called the control operator and reported the matter to her and she indicated that she will enquire. I called her back on Friday, 26 June and she confirmed that one of the guys indicated that he struggled to start the vehicle and had to jump start my vehicle which oddly does need the battery to be removed. I have tried calling the owner Pieter and hoped h3 would have returned my calls... I am deeply disappointed at the incident and the fact that nothing is being done about it nor has the owner called even after sending a whatsapp. I will also inform my colleagues of the incident to be vigilant and probably utilise alternative options at the OR Tambo...☹️
