Be warned of an extremely careless and irresponsible airport valet service; they call themselves SU Parking @ OR Tambo. They are reckless and negligent when it comes to the care and safety of your vehicle. Used them twice and on both occasions received my car back with; on the first instance, deep scratches on my drivers door as well as key marks near the key slot (drivers door). On the second instance (Jan-23) they broke my armrest. They performed a “polygraph test” supposedly to find the culprit. Requested a quote for repairs. Then nonchalantly, after 4 weeks, commenced with the run around. Suffice to say, they refused to repair the damage nor take any responsibility. DON’T , I implore you, don’t use their services. I never will (nor will any of my family members and friends)

DO NOT USE THEM!!! Car was not parked and was being used by drivers during my trip. Forced to pay cash and overcharged at terminal by a very rushed driver who insisted the amount is now higher. on query I was told he gave a wrong rate. Pieter not available and manager rude. owner of SU Parking details are not avaialble and call centre keep sending you around in circles. USE AT OWN RISK!!!!

As an old su parking client for the past 9 years we dropped our car of at or thambo international at the domestic drop off when we come back no fault only the one time my car was full off people when the dropped of the car and my car smelt like smoke si i took it up with the owner it was sorted out the drive are always polite but the last time our spearwheel was stolen of our bakkie our bakkies locks were broken and just puched back by the drop of point it was dark before we left the drive did inspection but dit not mark down any fault onthe blue paper when we flew back it was dark again at the drop of point so we couldn't check the bakkie as its was dark at the drop of location point we drove from the airport to my fathers house i rhodesfield which is bot even 10.minuts away my husband noticed the locks were brokeb he the called the driver and the drive gave the phone to another guy that was apparently the one who gets the cats out of parking which the told my husband that he saw the lock hanging out and he just pushed back the locks oi then contacted the owner that told me he will investigate from the beginning of 6thmay 2021 till now he doesn't answer his cell phoneand if he reply on whatsapp he are still busy with investigate but you must call or whatsapp him he doesn't come back to you al all o yes i was told i must not threaten him with hallo Peter or socail media i am very disappointed in su parking please people the are cheap but when it comes to fix problem they are non existent

I was a client of SU Parking for the past 5 years and use the services on a regular basis... on 22 June I travelled to Nelspruit and returned the same evening. My vehicle was taken and returned as normal with no complaints from the driver. On the very next day, 23 June I travelled to Durban and dropped off my vehicle as normal. On my return on 24 June I noted that my clock and radio stations were set to default implying that the battery has been removed. The driver that dropped off the vehicle did not report any issues. I called the control operator and reported the matter to her and she indicated that she will enquire. I called her back on Friday, 26 June and she confirmed that one of the guys indicated that he struggled to start the vehicle and had to jump start my vehicle which oddly does need the battery to be removed. I have tried calling the owner Pieter and hoped h3 would have returned my calls... I am deeply disappointed at the incident and the fact that nothing is being done about it nor has the owner called even after sending a whatsapp. I will also inform my colleagues of the incident to be vigilant and probably utilise alternative options at the OR Tambo...☹️

Absolutely horrific! I called 15 minutes before we arrived at the airport last Saturday (31 October 2020) and was assured that the driver was waiting at 3H. On arrival he was nowhere to be found. 9 calls later he arrived - after I'd stood in the parade for 15 minutes. On return to O.R. Tambo once again there is no driver in sight. I'm waiting in the same parkade, 2 calls and 10 minutes later and the lady answering the contact number refuses to give me Pieter, the owner's phone number. Absolutely pathetic service that cannot get a simple drop off or pick up right. Do not use them!

Using a valet service seems like a good idea but are you aware of the risks. I used SU Parking on a trip to USA and they wrote off my car while I was away. The subsequently accepted no liability and have not paid any of my expenses incurred due to their recklessness. The driver collected my car at 9pm, we had a conversation about where I was going to and that I would be away for a week. The next morning the driver (and not the owner of the business) what's apps me pictures of my car totally wrecked saying that he accidentally used the wrong car and was in an accident. According to the other person involved in the accident, the SU Parking driver had driven through a red light and knocked into him. When speak with Pieter of SU Parking he was unapologetic and pointed to his terms and conditions, loosely put their terms and conditions says that they do not cover any scenarios that could go wrong. He also mentioned that insurance was too expensive. Another disturbing statement was that I might think it's impossible for them to use the wrong car but he says it's unavoidable and a mistake that can happen and has happened previously. Another possible contributing factor to the accident is that the driver clearly works extremely long hours. He fetched me at 9pm, mentioned that he had been working since 5am, this means a working day of at least 16 hours.

The most dishonest and unprofessional business ever. I left my car with them over three nights. When i returned my car had scratches and a damage to the bumper. I made a complaint and i was told to send photos the following morning as I had arrived at night and had to travel to another province. I sent the photos and I was promised my car will be fixed. This was in March and now we are in August, up to today my car has not been fixed. I have made more than hundred phone calls all falling on deaf ears. I pulled my tracker records and found out my car was used everyday and sometimes at night for more than 100kms. Who knows, maybe OUR vehicles are used to commit all sorts of crimes as they are moving without our permission. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, EVER!!!!!

I made a complaint and i was told to send photos the following morning as I had arrived at night and had to travel to another province. I sent the photos and I was promised my car will be fixed. This was in March and now we are in August, up to today my car has not been fixed. I have made more than hundred phone calls all falling on deaf ears. I pulled my tracker records and found out my car was used everyday and sometimes at night for more than 100kms. Who knows, maybe OUR vehicles are used to commit all sorts of crimes as they are moving without our permission. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, EVER!!!!!
