Tried to open a business account and after doing the initial steps, they say they have a 3 day lead time to send me a document that I need back. After 2 weeks, multiple calls and escalations I have still not received the document. If you don't have the ability to open accounts online then dont advertise that you can.
I've been waiting for my galaxy buds for 7 months with back and forth conversations. I have loaded the original proof of purchase initially on the app but then received calls to say Samsung does not have it. I have now emailed it again and have not yet received a response.
I purchased a Samsung phone in Aug\Sep and did not receive an invoice with the IMEI number which is needed by samsung to claim my galaxy buds. Please can someone help me with how to get the invoice
Have not received my Galaxy buds, its now been almost 6 months waiting for it
Still waiting for my Galaxy buds after 4 months
Using a valet service seems like a good idea but are you aware of the risks. I used SU Parking on a trip to USA and they wrote off my car while I was away. The subsequently accepted no liability and have not paid any of my expenses incurred due to their recklessness. The driver collected my car at 9pm, we had a conversation about where I was going to and that I would be away for a week. The next morning the driver (and not the owner of the business) what's apps me pictures of my car totally wrecked saying that he accidentally used the wrong car and was in an accident. According to the other person involved in the accident, the SU Parking driver had driven through a red light and knocked into him. When speak with Pieter of SU Parking he was unapologetic and pointed to his terms and conditions, loosely put their terms and conditions says that they do not cover any scenarios that could go wrong. He also mentioned that insurance was too expensive. Another disturbing statement was that I might think it's impossible for them to use the wrong car but he says it's unavoidable and a mistake that can happen and has happened previously. Another possible contributing factor to the accident is that the driver clearly works extremely long hours. He fetched me at 9pm, mentioned that he had been working since 5am, this means a working day of at least 16 hours.
I purchased a Galaxy A21 that is supposed to come with Galaxy buds. I ordered my buds via the app 2 months ago and have not received it. I have called and enquired more times than I can remember
So, I sent a gift via netflorist and it was not yet delivered. I called and they said its out for delivery but refused to call the driver. I called back twice more and then at 4.30 they tell me they *****ed up and the delivery can only be delivered the next day

My girlfriend took our car into Hyundai Woodmead yesterday with some issues to look at. One of the issues was not covered by warranty. The dealership then tried calling on an old number from the profile we created on the initial purchase and did not use the number we gave them when dropping the car off. They then proceeded to carry out the repairs without us approving the quote. When my girlfried called at 3.15, they gave her details about the issue and was supposed to get back to her about the price before doing anything. I suspect before this call the repair was already done because they charged 2 hours and when we got there 45 mins after the call the car was ready and parked outside and not currently being worked on. If we did get the quote we would have declined the repair because 2 hours was ridiclous for this repair.

When I contacted the manager (Warren Roth) via email, he responded defending the consultant and tried to blame my girlfriend for the confusion - this is impossible because they never quoted a price for the repair. He also mentioned that the cost included the other investigations but this is crazy because the other items looked at are covered under warranty. And even if they were not, they should have quoted.

This is ridiculous customer service. Dealerships like this one do not deserve to exist. A dealership cannot carry out repairs without the customer approving the quote (which must have the exact rand value) under any circumstances. Not being able to get hold of the customer is not reason to go ahead and do anything you want with the car. And I must point out one more time, we gave the correct cell number in the morning, the receptionist decided to call some other number.

Hi, My polo has had intermittent starting problems since it was 6 months old. While under warranty I had it checked out 3 times and called roadside assistance for the problem twice. I initally accepted that since it was out of warranty that this was now my problem but I have realised that, that is crazy. This car has had an issue since it was new and this needs to be fixed by VW at their cost even though warranty has expired a while now.
