Visited the FLM in Boksburg ( Beyers) and bought a box of jungle oats off the shelf... at home found that the box was teaming with weavils and insects... dropped by the next day to return the product... I selected future life and the supervisor still wanted to charge the difference despite us making an effort to drive there and alert them of the damaged batch... I am disappointed 😞 Not sure if I will be shopping there soon...
I have been a discovery client for the past two years... recently lodged a claim and opted to use the rental vehicle supp**** by Avis on behalf of discovery... vehicle was returned to Avis on 20 February 2024... I am still waiting for my refund on my credit card... discovery insure made no effort to date to assist as Avis is a merchant of theirs... No calls, not response to my emails... I am in the process of changing my carrier back to Outsurance... 😞
Decided to go out after a long time... take in a movie the old school way... settled in to watch Fast & Furious 10... waiting for the movie to start... picking at the popcorn only to discover a ball of tissue paper... toilet paper to be precise in the popcorn... I am so ****ing off this place... who knows what other hygiene standards are being compromised 🤮🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮 Went back to the counter to report this and it felt like they are used to it.. no apology... just serious???
I am not sure what disappoints me more... there are so many posts on poor service by Discovery and there are no response from Discovery. I have logged a call with Vitality that I am unable to access their app and they are still unable to resolve the matter... seems they don't know how to resolve it... I am now wondering if they are capable or competent to manage my portfolio and investments. Disappointed 😞
PATHETIC, POOR QUALITY and PUTRID CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN UNDERTSTATEMENT!!! (They definitely deserve a star!!) Recently have my vehicle in for minor issues at the Brakpan branch. The vehicle was returned in a terrrible condition. When the errors were pointed out the so called manager was rude and asked both me and my wife to **** off his premises. They installed substandard parts and even installation was poor with bolts and *****s missing and loose. The vehicle was issued back to my wife without doing a walkabout and post inspection. I would never in a hundred years recommend this company to anyone!!!!!! Tried to contact the owner and there was no answer nor were the calls returned. Had to engage my insurer who was part of the problem and had my vehicle taken to MF Auto in Boksburg to correct the work... Hats off to MF Auto... they delivered as always...
I was a client of SU Parking for the past 5 years and use the services on a regular basis... on 22 June I travelled to Nelspruit and returned the same evening. My vehicle was taken and returned as normal with no complaints from the driver. On the very next day, 23 June I travelled to Durban and dropped off my vehicle as normal. On my return on 24 June I noted that my clock and radio stations were set to default implying that the battery has been removed. The driver that dropped off the vehicle did not report any issues. I called the control operator and reported the matter to her and she indicated that she will enquire. I called her back on Friday, 26 June and she confirmed that one of the guys indicated that he struggled to start the vehicle and had to jump start my vehicle which oddly does need the battery to be removed. I have tried calling the owner Pieter and hoped h3 would have returned my calls... I am deeply disappointed at the incident and the fact that nothing is being done about it nor has the owner called even after sending a whatsapp. I will also inform my colleagues of the incident to be vigilant and probably utilise alternative options at the OR Tambo...☹️
