Poor Communication for refund

What will it take to get the communication up to standard again at Success Resources? I did not attend 2 of my Quantum Leap program you sold to me and now you stall on the refund. I spoke to Anthony and Colleen but still no response. Should I try Social Media to get an answer. Your service levels are pathetic to say the least.
