Quality of the cakes freshness

This shop at Lakeside Richard's Bay sells cakes etc. I bought cake on Saturday afternoon and discovered it was rotten and fermented when we feasted on it with the family. The manager and owner aren't taking this matter seriously. The effects of having taken a chow of the rotten fermented cake was repulsive
