Bad service

I purchased a spa voucher for 2 at Sukoon day spa from daddy's deals. I set up a booking with Hatish who was initially pleasant,however even though I phoned well in advance to make a booking for a weekend I was told there was no availability so I had no option but to redeem the voucher for a week day.I confirmed the booking for a week day, however on the day of the spa treatments, my partner had work related matters that needed to be handled urgently and could not get out of work earlier.He called Sukoon day spa before he made work arrangements and they told him it would no problem to move the booking to another day even though it was short notice. We were aware of the terms and conditions of the voucher of giving 24hours notice for cancellation however because Sukoon day spa didn't have an issue with it.My partner went ahead sorting out work issues and called to reschedule in which case Hatish was very unprofessional and denied that the spa agreed to this.I spoke to Hatish also and found him to be very unprofessional and rude and asked if I would pay his staff and if I knew how much he was losing money from the voucher.Shockingly bad service that will not attract new clients.
